West Yorkshire Integrated Perpetrator and Victim Support Service Programme. The priority for the focus of the resource will be, as part of a co-ordinated response, to intervene early in addressing the offending of domestic abuse perpetrators and thereby supporting and reducing the risk to victims.
This will be achieved through the delivery of a programme working with perpetrators who have had limited previous police contact or concerns regarding escalation. The service will also engage with and support the victims involved and their families.
