Additional information

In light of the escalating Covid-19 situation, and as part of our business continuity planning we are looking to minimise change and maintain business as usual wherever possible which takes into account the provision of all support Contracts for employees (such as the EAP Services). This includes looking at de-prioritising any non-urgent tendering activity, so we can focus on contract and supplier management in order to meet urgent operational needs.
Therefore the decision has been taken to terminate the current Tender process. We do not feel that it is the right time both internally (for our OH departments and employees) or externally (for the supply market) to be tendering this provision and subsequently implementing a new Contract provision.
Please can I take this opportunity to thank all interested parties for their interest and participation in this process to date and apologise for the inconvenienced caused in cancelling the process.
