The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is re-tendering the National Legal Services Framework (NLSF) for the supply of legal services to a range of public bodies. This includes the GLA functional bodies, Police Forces, Police Authorities, and various other public bodies including all local authorities in England and Wales (together these bodies are referred to throughout as the “Participating Bodies”). A full list of all eligible customers can be found in the Framework Agreement, Schedule 12 ‘List of Participating Bodies’. The services are to be called off over a 4 year period. The MOPAC initially invites participants to complete the SSQ, who are suitably experienced firms of solicitors in tendering for a framework agreement, using the Restricted Procedure.
