Short description
The supply, installation and maintenance of small format digital advertising panels, to include advertising revenue generation including maximising income to the Council.
For the purposes of the concession notice, the value of the concession has been calculated as per the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, as the estimated total turnover of the concessionaire generated over the duration of the contract, net of VAT, as estimated by the contracting authority, in consideration for the works and services which are the object of the concession contract and for the supplies incidental to such works and services.
In addition to the 8 sites that currently have planning approval granted, there will be scope for the successful concessionaire to develop further sites.
