Short description

NHS Arden & GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Dudley CCG and Associate CCGs invited suitably qualified providers to deliver Community Audiology Services in the Dudley area through an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) arrangement.
The contract was for a period of 2 years 6 months with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the Commissioner(s).
The successful provider(s) was expected to be fully operational for providing services from 1st April 2020.
Providers were advised that the award of an AQP contract offers no guarantee of activity, and therefore no guarantee of income derived from the award of a contract can be offered.
This was an additional window for this service – previously accredited/contracted providers to deliver this service in this area did not need to reapply (previous OJEU(s) notices: 2019/S 109-266662 and 2019/S 111-273387 (Corrigendum). The CCG reserves the right to open new windows during the contract period as it deems appropriate.

Description of the procurement
