The scope of the works to be undertaken in this contract includes but is not restricted to:
Key activities:
i) works in response to repair and maintenance requirements reported by residents or the client to approximately16,842 council-owned homes;
ii) works to general needs and sheltered empty homes (voids) to meet the council's lettable standard, currently approximately 250 voids per annum;
Supplementary activities:
i) decommissioning works to decant properties;
ii) compliance checks on mutual exchange properties;
iii) works in response to the client's obligation to leaseholders;
iv) repairs and void works to hostels and supported accommodation;
v) repairs and void works to commercial properties;
vi) repairs works to homes, properties and community halls managed by Tenants and Residents Associations(TRAs) and Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs);
