The PFCC for North Yorkshire has taken the decision not to proceed with this procurement.
It has become apparent during the evaluation of the bids submitted that the tender documents issued by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire need to be significantly amended and adapted to better reflect the operational and IT requirements of police forces.
