The project comprises of the design and replacement of all final circuits including new containment (excluding levels 3&3a, stairwells and lift lobbies). The upgrade of all luminaires and associated fittings and fixtures within all levels, stairwells and lift lobbies of the Multi Storey Car Park.
The Council is interested in tenders which satisfy the requirements of two options:
Option 1 - Design, supply and install new LED luminaires with individual control. Each fitting to include its own movement sensor and therefore switching is automatic and localised.
Option 2 - Design, supply and install new LED luminaires with fully intelligent controls, networked to a computer web based system. This enables each fitting and controlled device to be set-up and managed remotely and provides for zoning, dimming and fault diagnosis to be carried out remotely.
The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of works and the co-ordination of nominated sub-contractors.
