Short description
This tender will be for Cross Class Liability and Motor insurance for Humberside Police. Rather than utilise existing frameworks and reduce the number of suppliers able to bid for the work in an already small market, an open procedure will be carried out.
The contract will be for a period of two years with three twelve month options to extend. The contract will be for an initial term of two years to allow for alignment of insurance policies across the Force, this will allow the Force to review options for all policies in line with brokerage arrangements. This arrangement will also allow the option of collaboration with South Yorkshire Police to be explored for future procurement processes.
