1) The maintenance & testing of emergency and photovoltaic power supply systems
2) The maintenance and testing of fire alarms, fire suppression, portable firefighting appliances and emergency lighting
3) The maintenance and testing of mechanical and electrical services
4) The maintenance and testing of heat pumps and associated comfort cooling units
5) The maintenance of electrical services (REACTIVE SERVICE ONLY)
