The provider will manage in the region of 15,000 patients per year across the Pennine Lancashire footprint and offer a service which delivers the following care pathways: • Minor Eye Conditions Service • Cataract Pre and Post-op Assessment • Intra Ocular Pressure (IOP) Referral Refinement & Visual Fields • Adult Low Vision Service
