The successful tenderers will enter into a Framework Agreement with TEC and, pursuant to the terms of the Framework Agreement, within the parameters of the Framework Agreement, the successful tenderer is expected to develop new and innovative solutions, and ensure the competitive nature of the supplies and services provided. The Framework Agreement will specify the supplies and services that can accessed by the TEC’s existing members and future members.
