UKAEA wishes to procure a rig that can perform uniaxial tests on samples subjected to high-temperature, high-magnetic field conditions within an environment that can be vacuum pumped or purge gas controlled.
The Supplier shall design and supply a hydraulic uniaxial materials testing rig with high magnetic-field, high-temperature and vacuum environment capability.
This is a 2 week extension of the previous tender as sufficient interest was not received.
