Description of the procurement

The range of services are divided into LOTs for this procurement process as follows:
LOT 1 - Property Insurance (Material, BI, Money & Computer)
LOT 2 - Liability
LOT 3 - Motor
LOT 4 - Engineering
LOT 5 - Airside
LOT 6 - Crime
LOT 7 - Personal Accident/Business Travel
LOT 8 - Marine
LOT 9 - Terrorism
There are 4 zipped folders which contain all the tender documents, claims history and general information for each of the 4 regional police forces for each LOT.
Please note that bids must be on standalone basis for each of the Forces. Each quote for each Authority within SWP must be valid as standalone quote.
Each Lot will be awarded to one single insurer. Each force will have an individual insurance contract, as SWP does not intend to pool risks as a consortium. Therefore, each member force’s claims history and risk management will affect their premium rather than the group’s premiums.

Bidders must have an acceptable Standard & Poor’s rating or alternatively proof of security to the satisfactionofthe Contracting Authority. Should this financial rating not be maintained during the term of the contractperiod,the Contracting Authority has the right to terminate the Long Term Agreement
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Copy of last three years Annual Report and Accounts Standard and Poor's (or equivalent) rating.
This includes compliance with the standard selection questionnaire (SQ).
