The NPC are a group of 8 Police Forces who work together on Insurance. The Forces are;

The Forces are looking for Insurance to cover the following Lots;
1 - Commercial Combined
2 - Combined Liability
3 - Motor
4 - Crime / FG
5 - Personal Accident & Travel
6 - Engineering Services
7 - Combined Liability & Motor
The contract will commence on 1st April 2020 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
Each of the Forces retains the right to award to one or no suppliers in each Lot individually, or not to award at all.
Any queries must be raised via the portal at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT. The closing date for clarification questions is 18/11/2019.
The closing date is 2pm on 27/11/2019.

Each Lot will be evaluated separately for each Police Force.
Awards will either be made in Lot 1 and 3 separately or in Lot 7, but not all three. This may differ per Force.
Package bids will not be accepted other than those requested within the ITT.
No guarantee is made that all Forces will award a contract out of this tender process.

Additional information

Each of the Northern Police Consortium Forces holds their own Budget and therefore we tender as a Group but retain our right to award contracts on an individual basis in relation to best offering for each Force. Contracts will be entered into individually with successful suppliers by each of the Police and Crime Commissioners for the relevant Forces.
