Description of the procurement

One Housing is seeking to implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) to support the automation of treasury management processes and reduce operational and liquidity risk. Tenders will be invited on the basis of 3-year and 5-year options for the initial contract duration, to identify the most economically advantageous offer. Following the initial contract term, One Housing will be entitled at its absolute discretion to extend the contract term for a further period or periods of a minimum of 12 months, to make a total potential contract period of 10 years.
