The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is looking to select and appoint a supplier for the provision of legal services. The PCC for Surrey is acting as the lead force for a framework agreement for Surrey Police, Sussex Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex.
The framework term shall be for two years with the option to extend it by two additional 12 month periods.

Description of the procurement

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey (PCC for Surrey) is looking to select and appoint a supplier for the provision of legal services. The PCC for Surrey is acting as the lead force for a framework agreement for Surrey Police, Sussex Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex. The named parties may wish to request the provision of the services under this framework at their discretion.
The framework term shall be for two years with the option to extend it by two additional 12 month periods. The option to extend the framework shall be at the discretion of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey and Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex.
The estimated value of the framework is £9,800,000, which is based on approximate annual spend aggregated over 4 years.
