Short description

The Group wishes to make some changes to the fleet managed process and fleet of vehicles.
There are no standardised processes in place for vehicle acquisitions, no standardised terms of agreements, and the Group does not have a joint-up approach regarding fleet management.
Some vehicles need to be replaced due either high mileage or as part of a planned replacement schedule. In addition, the business wishes to replace some of the ‘standard’ vehicles with energy efficient vehicles. The proposed project will consider the arrangements for making such changes to the fleet, to ensure that any changes made are implemented under a rigorous fully auditable change control mechanism, with resulting minimal cost increase.
