Short description

RRE-00389 Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) Support services;
The Trust is currently commissioned to provide a range of IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapy) services. We are looking for providers who will support our current and future offering, through sub-contract agreements. We are keen to engage with SME providers and those from the charity/Not for profit sectors that can provide specialist services and/or knowledge to support and enhance delivery of these services. We are specifically looking for providers able to assist in the following areas; • Provide a range of therapy and guided self-help for common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression;
• Provide treatments in the form of ‘talking therapies’ working with a fully trained and accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner or High Intensity CBT Practitioner.

Description of the procurement

It is the Trust’s intention to establish an equivalent of a Dynamic Purchasing System framework under the Light Touch Regime, to support current and future IAPT services. To create an approved IAPT supplier list will enable the Trust to award contracts to those providers safe in the knowledge that providers have been matched against stringent criteria and meet quality standards as outlined by the Trust.
• Providers are asked to send expressions of interest via our Procurement portal www.EU–Supply.com only. On receipt of expressions of interest, the Trust will issue a Supplier Questionnaire.
Providers are advised contracts may be awarded without further publication.
“Light Touch Regime” services: the future procurement will be for clinical services which are Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations (“Regulations”). Accordingly, the Contracting Authorities are only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The Contracting Authorities are not voluntarily following any other part of the regulations.
