The provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Professional Support is to support the forces’ wellbeing agenda and effective attendance management for the Forces.
The broad objectives of EMCHRS OH are: -
• To promote a culture of good attendance and increase attendance rates.
• To improve the overall health of our people and to promote a healthy working environment.
• Operate a “lean” service for the function.
• Provide professional, competent, qualified staff delivering the service.
The forces involved in this framework are Leicestershire Police, Derbyshire Constabulary and Northamptonshire Police. There is an option for Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire Police forces to join at a later date.
