Clapham Common Summer Season Commercial Events Concession Contract Market Engagement Briefing Session Lambeth Council would like to invite interested and suitably qualified and experienced organisations who are able to operate major commercial events on Clapham Common, London SW4 to a Market Engagement briefing session holding on Friday 10 May 2019. Venue: Room 1.16 Lambeth Town Hall 1 Brixton Hill Brixton SW2 1RW Time: 10am – 12noon Length of contract: 48 Months with the possibility of a 12 Month extension The proposed contract start date would be September 2019 with delivery in summer 2020, specifically for events taking place either in the month of July or August of each year of the contract. The briefing session seeks to offer an opportunity for potential bidders to understand the commissioning intentions of the Borough as well as possible networking opportunities. This event is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information – gathering event, this therefore does not represent a commitment to award a contract to any bidder that expresses an interest in this market engagement event.
