Description of the procurement

Lot 1 Procurement of a 10-year Contract with break clauses as set out in the contract
for the provision of Grounds Maintenance, Tree
Maintenance and Playground Inspection and
Maintenance services. This will be delivered via the
JCT Measured Term Contract. Estimated annual value excluding Vat £525,000.
5 Suppliers were invited to tender per lot following short
listing at SQ stage. WCH reserved the right to increase the number of shortlisted bidders where the scores were close at shortlisting.
