A new web based software package to incorporate all our performance management systems into one IT solution. The new system will continue to be a single, centralised and integrated IT system for the monitoring of the corporate plan, projects, risks and performance indicators but will have enhancements that will improve functionality by linking risk controls in risk registers to specific activities within plans and also plans will be tailored to the needs of all departments.
