EMSCU is acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise using the light touch regime under Schedule 3 (Open Procedure) of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national framework agreement for IT Training Programme. The Framework Consists of three Lots:
Lot 1 Technical Courses
Lot 2 Non Technical Courses
Lot 3 Bespoke / Custom Courses. Bidders that have been awarded either Lots 1 or 2 will also be awarded Lot 3 if they have the ability to provide (Not Scored)

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire and The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire (the Contracting Authority) wishes to establish a multi supplier Framework agreement for the Provision of IT TRAINING PROGRAMME. The Framework will be established with the intention of attracting a wide range and varied supply base for police authorities established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996 In addition, a police Participant established under section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; and all non-geographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at http://www.police.uk/forces, UK Emergency Services including UK Ambulance Trusts https://aace.org.uk/uk-ambulance-service/ , UK Fire and Rescue Services http://www.cfoa.org.uk/12072 , Police Crime Commissioners http://www.apccs.police.uk/find-your-pcc/ ,and the wider UK public sector bodies which include:
Central Government Authorities and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies and Local Authorities, and other permitted organisations.
