One Housing requires a PMS and LMS digital solution which provides a user-friendly tool to record, track and report on individual performance development identifies and meets learning and development needs on fluid, continuous, real-time basis
The proposed solution will facilitate individual performance development and support the development of a performance culture.
It is anticipated that the proposed solution will assist OHG attain to a more modern and flexible approach to performance development for all staff which will make the process more meaningful and effective, contributing to raising the performance of the organisation as a whole and contributing to a range of other business benefits.

Explanation
The estimated total contract value was under the OJEU threshold. A closed tender (competitive) process ha been undertaken. Three suppliers with industry experience and the appropriate software were invited to bid. Two of the suppliers had responded to the tender electronically. Bids were scored in accordance with MEAT, which had resulted in identifying the successful supplier.
