The main purpose of the service is to enable victims of crime or anti-social behaviour to cope with and recover from his or her experience of crime or anti-social behaviour.
There will be two lots for this procurement:
LOT 1: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour aged 18 or over the age of 18. (Maximum Total Budget is £600k)
LOT 2: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour under the age of 18. (Maximum Total Budget is £300k)
The intention is that the same service will be provided in respect of each lot.

Description of the procurement

The four fundamental purposes of the support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour that the successful tenderer is to fulfill are:
1. The successful tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support Service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Wiltshire and Swindon.
2. The successful tenderer shall work with the Customer to develop further the infrastructure to support victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Wiltshire and Swindon.
3. The successful tenderer shall provide feedback from victims of crime and anti-social behaviour on their experience of crime or anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system.
4. The successful tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 3 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan which is to put victims, witnesses, and communities at the heart of everything we do.
