Short description

Livin sought suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of grounds maintenance and associated services, including tree works, to its communal areas and open spaces.
The Contract will be bespoke and run for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years.
Livin followed an Open procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Suppliers seeking to respond to the opportunity had to complete a Minimum Requirements Questionnaire and other Tender documentation as set out in the procurement documents. Livin is appointing a single Contractor following evaluation of completed Tenders.

Description of the procurement

Livin sought suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of grounds maintenance and associated services, including tree works, to its communal areas and open spaces.
The Contract will be bespoke and run for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years.
The annual value of the Contract is £394,000.00 and comprises a range of grounds maintenance works, including tree works and ad hoc service requirements. Works will be delivered under Schedules of Rates. There is no guarantee of work volumes over the term of the Contract.
