Torbay Pharmaceuticals wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of sterile barrier packaging and release testing for the eye dropper along with the associated validation work. It is preferable but not essential that the Gamma irradiation sterilisation process at STERIS is also handled by the contractor. This is a goods and services Contract being procured under the open procedure. Torbay Pharmaceuticals is procuring the Contract as a central purchasing body for itself only.
