Red Kite is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Contractors for the provision of decoration and repair works across its property portfolio comprising c. 6,700 dwellings. Red Kite is seeking to appoint a single Contractor under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 (as amended) for a maximum of 5 years: the Contract will run for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend by up to two further periods of 1 year.
Works under the Contract shall comprise decorations and pre-paint repairs, rendering and pointing works, wash down of existing PVC surfaces, new fascia soffits and rainwater goods, external works such as fencing, paths and hardstanding works and other associated repairs from a schedule of rates. The estimated annual value of the Contract is between £1.3m and £1.5m. Red Kite is procuring the new Contract under a two-stage 'Restricted' procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Description of the procurement
