Short description

The London Borough of Camden wishes to contract an organisation to provide the Well and Warm visit service, comprising of a home visit with energy advice, installation of low cost energy saving measures, completion of a wider ‘WISH Plus’ health and wellbeing assessment and identification of households where larger energy saving measures could be installed. The service seeks to reduce fuel poverty and increase the health and wellbeing of low-income vulnerable residents across Camden. It will be delivered to vulnerable households across all tenures who will be identified and referred to the appointed organisation by the Council and other partners. The service will run borough-wide and the appointed organisation will be expected to travel throughout the borough as necessary and use the Council’s ICT system, for which training will be provided
