Short description

The Authority requires a residential team building activity programme for young adults aged between 16 - 25 years on the Prince’s Trust Team programme, who are from a variety of backgrounds and ability. Activities must be in line with the Prince’s Trust Programme Guidelines.
The programme should be designed to build and test team skills, confidence and a sense of responsibility to others. The objectives will be that young people attending;
• understand and put into practice the principles of team-work
• build confidence and a sense of responsibility to others
• establish mutual trust and respect between individual team members and staff
It is proposed to run a maximum of 18 programmes per year with the capacity for up to 20 (16 participants and 4 staff from the Authority) exclusive of service provider staff
