Short description
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden & GEM CSU) on behalf of Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG (SWB CCG) invited suitably qualified providers who were capable of delivering Primary Medical Services in Birmingham at Summerfield Primary Care Centre and Primary Medical Services in Sandwell (Great Bridge Health Centre and Parsonage Street vicinity).
The payment mechanism will be based on the GMS global sum rate (£87.92 in 2018/19) + 5% fixed top-up.
The successful provider will deliver Primary Medical Services to the patient population in accordance with the core GMS Contract requirements.
