Description of the procurement

Title: Routine Planned Preventative Maintenance for Mechanical Building Services for North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Services
Ref: NWP / 33300
Contract Period: 5 Years commencing 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2024
North Wales Police are tendering for an experienced supplier to provide maintenance services to properties for both North Wales Police and the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service estates across the whole North Wales geographic area.
The contract shall be the General Conditions of Contract for Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical Plant, Equipment and Installations, etc., as detailed in the Specification and in accordance with JCT standard form of Measure Term Contract 2006 incorporating Amendment 1.
Only those suppliers that can fully meet the requirements of the specification will be considered
