Description of the procurement
Lot 1 Procurement of a 10-year Contract with break clauses as set out in the contract
for the provision of Grounds Maintenance, Tree
Maintenance and Playground Inspection and
Maintenance services. This will be delivered via the
JCT Measured Term Contract. Estimated annual value excluding Vat £525,000. Please refer to the procurement documents for more details.
5 Suppliers will be invited to tender per lot following short
listing at SQ stage. WCH reserve the right to increase the number of shortlisted bidders where the scores are close at shortlisting.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
