This service aims to promote an improvement in educational and clinical outcomes, and quality of life, for children and young people with complex needs which should include improvements in attainment, attendance, emotional wellbeing and resilience.

The proposed service will start on 1st May 2019 for a period of two years. There is an option to extend for a further year at the sole discretion of the council. 
The service has a maximum value of £140,298 per year.
