Habinteg is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to undertake works under 14 regional Lots as follows: Lots 1-7 - Repairs, Void and Planned/Cyclical Works; Lots 8-14 - Gas Works. Habinteg is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to appoint suppliers to deliver works under a JCT MTC for a maximum term of 10 years subject to satisfactory performance. Prospective suppliers must complete and return a Selection Questionnaire and the associated appendices.
