This Invitation to Tender (ITT) Pack is published by Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, trading as Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Authority (BFRA), for the purpose of inviting suitably qualified organisations to bid for the supply, installation and de-installation (as and when required) of dash cameras, communication devices and audible and visual vehicle mounted warning systems across all BFRA fire appliances, specialist vehicles, vans and Officers’ cars. 

The Contract will run for an initial period of two (2) years from the 1st November 2018 with an option to extend for any period or periods of up to one (1) year in six (6) or twelve (12) month blocks, such extension to be exercised by agreement between the Authority and the Contractor.
