Description:
Support Services for the Victims of Crime and Anti-social behaviour. There will be two lots for this procurement: Lot 1: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour aged 18 or over the age of 18. (Max total Budget Avail. £600k) Lot 2: Support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour under the age of 18. The intention is that the same service will be provided in respect of each lot.(Max total Budget Avail. £300k)

The four fundamental purposes of the support service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour that the successful tenderer is to fulfill are: 1. The successful tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support Service for victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Wiltshire and Swindon. 2. The successful tenderer shall work with the Customer to develop further the infrastructure to support victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Wiltshire and Swindon. 3. The successful tenderer shall provide feedback from victims of crime and anti-social behaviour on their experience of crime or anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system. 4. The successful tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 3 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan which is to put victims, witnesses, and communities at the heart of everything we do.
