Important note on Lots:
In section II.1.6 we have indicated that this requirement will not be split into Lots. Please note that this exercise comprises 6 Lots in total. The Authority's e-tendering platform generates separate selection questionnaires for each Lot selected. In the interests of making the bidding process as simplified as possible we have de-selected Lots from the form above so that bidders interested in more than one Lot do not have to complete duplicate forms. Full details on the Lots structure is contained in the procurement documents accessible via the link above.
Please also note that although this is a single exercise, two separate PINs were issued, one per Police and Crime Commissioner. The reference given above relates to the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner. Notice reference 2018/S 143-326977 was issued on behalf of the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner.
This is a procurement for Services specified in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as those covered by the Light Touch Regime. The Authority is advertising this opportunity voluntarily in OJEU in accordance with the spirit of the EU Treaty principles, to generate competition and ensure fairness, openness and transparency.
Organisations interested in this opportunity should refer to the procurement documents available publicly at the link given in I.1 for full participation details.
