This ITT is for the procurement of Research and Evaluation services in relation to Problem Solving and Demand Reduction in Policing and is split into two Lots.
The PCC is looking to appoint one or more Contractors to:
Carry out primary research on how Problem Solving and other Demand Reduction activities are currently being implemented in forces and develop a practical guide based on that research to help other forces with implementation (LOT 1)
Evaluate The PCC’s overall programme of work on Problem Solving and Demand Reduction that received police transformation funding from the Home Office (LOT 2)
The successful Contractor(s) will be specialists in carrying out social research. They must have an extensive experience and excellent track records in designing and carrying out primary mixed-methods research.
