Description:

The Young People's Pathway approach has operated in Camden since 2007. The aim of the pathway is to provide young people with a seamless journey through supported housing towards living independently. The Pathway responds to the needs of children in care, care leavers, unaccompanied children seeking asylum and young people who are homeless and have support needs as assessed under the Children's Act 1989 and Homelessness legislation.
This service was procured using the Regime for Social and Other Specific Services as described in Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 with 2 separate procurement processes using the Light Touch Regime. The procurement processes undertaken for each lot were:
Lot 1, 3, 6 and 7 – Open tender
Lot 2, 4 and 5 – Competitive Procedure with Negotiation
Contracts will commence between 1st November 2018 - 1st February 2019 and will run for an initial period of 3years with the option to extend at the sole discretion of the Council.
