Avon and Somerset Constabulary will be moving to a two tier framework in delivering Out of Court Disposals (OOCDs).  Drug and alcohol misuse is an area of demand and applicable in many cases for an OOCD. Therefore in these circumstances; a community resolution or conditional caution case will require an effective intervention so that meaningful outcomes can be applied.
