Short description

Leicestershire Police has a requirement for security/front of house services at two locations in the East Midlands including Force Headquarters in Leicester. A range of security and front of houses services are required. Within the proposed contract period these services may be required at two further sites within the East Midlands.

Description of the procurement

Leicestershire Police require a Security/front of house service for its Force Headquarters site. The service is required 24 x 7 x 365. Duties include Reception services, patrolling, identification checks, CCTV checks, assistance with generic support staff tasks, meeting room booking management, car park management duties, management of appropriate internal databases associated with security provision. In addition there is a requirement for security/front of house services at an unnamed location within the East Midlands. This is required from Monday to Friday only from 8am to 4pm. Tasks at this further site include Reception services, patrolling, identification checks, CCTV checks and generic support staff tasks.
Scope exists to increase the level of service required to two further unnamed locations within the East Midlands where security/front of house services may also be required during the life of this proposed contract.
