The intention is to award two contracts, one for each Trust, to the same supplier due to efficiences of mutual support, so we anticipate bids on this joint award basis.
However, both Trust reserve the right not to award, so we do request options only in respect of a stand-alone price option for each Trust, if different from the joint award price assumption.
