Short description

This service is being procured using the Regime for Social and Other Specific Services as described in Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Camden Young People's Pathway services. The Young People's Pathway approach has operated in Camden since 2007. The aim of the pathway is to provide young people with a seamless journey through supported housing towards living independently. The Young People's Pathway responds to the needs of children in care, care leavers, unaccompanied children seeking asylum and young people who are homeless and have support needs as assessed under the Children's Act 1989 and Homelessness legislation.
