Description of the procurement

The Provision of Rotary-Wing Aircraft Maintenance, Continuing Airworthiness Management, Spare Parts, Engine Support and Aircraft Modifications and Upgrades.
National Police Air Service Provision of Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance, Continuing Airworthiness Management, Spare Parts, Engine Support, Mission system support and provision of spare parts, Aircraft and or Mission system upgrades and De-modification for Disposal purposes. Contract components Part 1 Maintenance Services Part 2 Continuing Airworthiness Management Part 3 Spare Parts Service Part 4 Engine Support Service Part 5 Mission System Support including Provision of Spare Parts. Part 6 Aircraft or Mission System Upgrade Work Part 7 Aircraft De-modification for Disposal Purposes Part 8 General Requirements An open day will be held on 19th April 2018 where the contracting authority will outline it's plans for this contract and will seek the views of industry providers as to how these plans may be enacted. The day will consist of a general information session plus the opportunity for potential providers to discuss in detail the plans with the contracting authority. These discussions will take place on a one to one basis. To book your place at the event you must contact procurement@southyorks.pnn.police.uk no later than 12 noon on Thursday 12th April. When booking your place you should indicate whether you wish to participate in the one to one sessions. Please note that attendance will be limited to 3 representatives from each organisation. We will provide the details of the location of the event on Friday 13th April 2018 but can confirm that this will be a location within Yorkshire.
