Description:
The scope of this contract is for a fully managed vending machine service, providing a variety of cash payment machine types; including (but not limited to) hot drinks, snacks, canned and/or bottled drinks. The contract also includes provision for the trial of a vending machine service for ambient meals, and the provision of table top hot drinks machines, for which the Authority would purchase dry ingredients. The fully managed service will include (but is not limited to) the provision of machines and both regular and ad hoc stock replenishment, cleaning, servicing, call outs and repairs of the vending units, as well as the supply of management information to Greater Manchester Police (GMP). As part of the contract, there may be a requirement to install, move, commission or decommission machines, according to the operational needs of GMP.
