Description of the procurement

The London Borough of Camden wishes to engage a developer for the purchase and development of a former industrial estate at Liddell Road, NW6.

Option A: Disposal of the whole site on the basis of three 999 year leases and the tender submitted will comprise the sum of the land value for each site
Option B: Disposal of the residential development area of the site comprising two long leasehold interests (999 years) subject to the proviso that the appointed Supplier will procure the works for the workspace in accordance with the London Borough of Camden’s specification which is to be completed to shell and core for the London Borough of Camden to then let to a workspace operator.
