East Devon District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to enter into a 10-year TPC 2005 (as amended) Contract for the delivery of repairs, voids, planned and cyclical maintenance works. Planned works may come on stream from year 2 of the Contract and there is an option to extend the scope of the contract to include gas servicing works. There is an option to extend the contract for a further 5 years (total 15 years).
The Annual Value in Year 1 is Estimated to be circa £3.3m.1 EDDC may add additional planned works into scope during the contract based on the Service Provider achieving the stated level of performance against the Contract KPIs.

Tenderers should note that the provisions of the transfer of Undertakings (protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 may apply.
East Devon District Council (EDDC) will be providing an opportunity for all interested Suppliers to attend a briefing as set out in the SQ (A Bidders Pack is also available on request) on the 28th February 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. Joining instructions are provided within the SQ.
The purpose of this briefing will be to provide an introduction to EDDC, as well as an overview of the procurement process and the objectives of the procurement exercise.
EDDC is procuring in a single lot to gain the commercial efficiencies of a single contractor.
