Short description
A single company is to be selected to provide maintenance services for the following Lots, which will be organised by the Estate and Facilities Management Department of Merseyside Police. Building works, Mechanical works and Electrical works.
(Note: the Locksmith Lot is separate to this Framework)
The service required is for all of the above lots and expressions for particular lots only, will be disregarded. Work streams are Reactive repairs to respond to faults / breakdowns, which will include an out of-hours helpdesk and service response, particularly for matters critical to Police operations and safety and Pro-active servicing of elements / plant and equipment on a regular basis to
ensure safe and efficient usage and to reduce future incidences of reactive
repairs.

Merseyside Police are currently progressing an Estate Strategy programme rationalising its properties to better suit modern policing requirements. The service required of this framework will include new and refurbished buildings and long-standing existing buildings.
